Privacy policy

Buyer and seller agree that if the buyer is a natural person, he is obliged to notify the seller of his name and surname, address of permanent residence, including postal code, phone number and e-mail address. If the buyer is a legal person or solo trader, he is obliged to notify the seller of his business name, address, including postcode, company ID, VAT number, telephone number and e-mail address.

The Buyer declares his agreement, in accordance with Act no. 428/2002 on Personal Data Protection as amended, to process and store his / her personal data, in particular those mentioned above, or necessary for the activities of the Seller and its further processing in all of the Seller's information systems. The buyer grants the seller this permission for an indefinite period of time. The buyer may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time in writing. Consent expires within 1 month of receipt of the buyer's withdrawal of the consent and the data will then be erased.

Personal data that the buyer states when ordering are solely for our use and will not be provided to other entities. The exception is represented by external carriers, which are provided the customer's personal data to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of the goods.
